Property, poetry and prices

ACCORDING TO TS ELIOT: ‘April is the cruellest month’.

Now, I don’t have a clue what the Nobel-prize-winning poet was going on about when he wrote that. But I do know that 100 years after he penned his most famous line a lot of stuff has gone up in price today. Good foresight, Tom.

‘Household bills to rise for millions from today,’ shouts Sky News.

‘April Cruel Day’ is the Standard’s punny headline.

While the BBC opts for: ‘Millions see April bills rise as Citizens Advice warns single parents could be worst hit.

It’s not a great start to the new month, is it?

Fuel – for your house at least – water, car tax, TV licences and the price of a whole heap of other stuff we just can’t live without have all risen today. And no, this is not an April Fools’ prank.

40 per cent discount

So, to contrast with all that gloom, I thought I’d do the opposite to all those pernicious price-hikers. For the rest of this month, I’m reducing property photography jobs by a whopping 40 per cent.

To give you that in round numbers, professional edited images from shoots taking place on or before 30 April 2025 will be as follows:*

  • 15 shots £99
  • 25 shots £135
  • 35 shots £165

I know, I know. It’s almost poetry in motion. Or, to paraphrase Mr Eliot,

‘April is the coolest month.’

Well, it is if you happen to be an estate agent with a lot of increased bills to pay.

If you’ve used me before, you’ll get the same quality, same quick turnaround all for a reduced price while the offer is on. If you’ve not used me before, there has never been a better time to try me out. See what difference pro photos can make to your marketing.

Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Now, let’s create – not poetry – but content with more kerb appeal.

– Lucas
